Casino Rewards's aggregate liability towards users will be limited in each case to the lesser of €100 or the amount paid by the user for using services provided by us.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Ireland. These terms are deemed severable from any other provision, if a part is unenforceable the rest shall remain in full effect.

Casino Rewards reserves the right at all times to modify or change these TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time and without prior notice by publishing revised version on its website; it is USER's responsibility to check terms regularly for changes that may apply from time to time.
